What began as a chance encounter through a friend led me into the fascinating world of handcrafted guitar making—a journey that quickly became a lifelong passion.

In 2016, my wife, our cat, and I left Hong Kong for the beauty of Taiwan, where we opened a small workshop in Sanyi, Miaoli. Starting from scratch, I poured my heart and countless hours into the craft, enjoying every moment of shaping wood into instruments full of life and sound.

By 2020, I was fortunate to join hands with Carl, a fellow luthier from Hong Kong, to establish 32 Guitar Workshop. Together, we expanded our space, brought in professional tools, and sourced exceptional tonewoods from around the world, offering each player a truly unique custom experience.

In 2025, the workshop found a new home in Kaohsiung, right beside the vibrant Pier-2 Art Center. Here, our mission is simple: to make high-quality, handcrafted guitars more accessible, while never compromising on what matters most—quality and tone. Every instrument is the result of over 200 hours of dedicated craftsmanship, with tops made exclusively from AAA-grade German spruce, ensuring a voice that is rich, resonant, and full of warmth.
